Robert Sowiński

Legal advisor. Legal partner. In 2008 he accomplished legal advisor training and passed a professional examination; a member of Poznań District Bar Association. For 9 years he coordinated a law department in a joint-stock company with State Treasury shareholding and was a member of supervisory boards of enterprises connected with the wood industry. As a legal advisor, he has cooperated on a number of restructuring projects, representing debtors in bankruptcy proceedings, developing reorganisation plans and negotiating reorganisation arrangements. He has provided advisory services for Polish and foreign entrepreneurs regarding reorganisation proceedings as well as creation, merger, transformation and division of companies. He has also provided legal assistance for local self-government units.

Agnieszka Drągowska

Legal advisor. Legal partner. In 2006 she accomplished judicial training and passed the judicial examination. For 4 years she worked as an assistant of a judge in the District Court of Poznań and in the Regional Administrative Court of Poznań. Since 2006 she has been a member of Poznań Bar Association. As a legal advisor, for 5 years she cooperated with one of the biggest law firms in Poznań, where she provided advisory services for entities of the banking sector. She has provided legal assistance in corporate lending processes of enterprises as well as local self-government units, including issuance of bonds. She has been representing clients in negotiations of multi-million contracts. She has collaborated on the preparation of banking products aimed at entrepreneurs and individual consumers. She has also provided legal advisory services for local self-government units.

Marta Kasztelan

Tax advisor. Legal partner. Graduate of law studies as well as marketing and management studies. She studied at the Faculty of Law of the University of Utrecht and Hogeschool Utrecht within the Erasmus exchange programme. Since 2007 she has been a member of the District Chamber of Tax Advisors in Poznań. For a couple of years she was gaining experience in renowned international enterprises specialising in tax advisory, including the Big Four. She has assisted Polish and foreign enterprises in the implementation of fiscally beneficial solutions as well as restructuring, merger, transformation and division processes of partnerships and joint-stock companies. She has participated in due diligence audits preceding corporate acquisitions. She has been developing transfer pricing documentation. She has been representing clients in fiscal audits, in proceedings before tax authorities and before administrative courts.
